In order to further stabilize social expectations and boost confidence in foreign trade development, the General Administration of Customs has recently launched 16 new measures to optimize the business environment, focusing on promoting smooth import and export logistics, facilitating cross-border trade, promoting enterprise burden reduction and efficiency improvement, and promoting innovative development of foreign trade.
These new measures include continuously improving cross-border logistics efficiency, supporting the import of advanced technology equipment and special items, promoting the import and export of important agricultural and food products, further facilitating export tax refund processing, promoting the upgrading of processing trade, and optimizing border trade supervision.
